We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town. After a day of exploring, we enjoyed a well-earned lunch at the hotel's restaurant, which offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a drink and taking in the beautiful garden views. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.
This hotel would be a great choice for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Very good value for money and a lot of activities around it. The room I had was very well equipped and comfortable. Excellent and friendly staff. Attention paid to many details.
Avoid their "Braserie". 1l. of water costs less than 5 eur. and a soup costs less than 4 eur. Non-sense. There is one more thing I noticed. When I was walking through the hall, I noticed older part which was not very well prepared, and then I entered the newer part, which was excellent. I would make sure I get a room in the newer part of the hotel.

Services were very good for the price. Location of the hotel and parking very convenient.
Just the comment. The wireless internet was not usable because it was very unstable - at least on my computer in the third floor under the roof.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. The location was perfect for me as I needed to catch a train, and the hotel was close to the station. Additionally, the parking was convenient and the hotel facilities were well maintained.
It was all superb.

The food in the hotel restaurant was terrible. The hotel allows pets :-( In the room next door there were some dogs left alone. Barking all night. Reception did nothing much about it.

Staff very helpful and friendly, big comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful, best of all - fantastic breakfast!
Would have liked coffee/tea making facilities in room - without having to request them - and topped up daily.Showeroom bit small and no 'freebies' - shampoo etc.

Great breakfast and excellent location. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food, including fruits, bread, cheese, eggs. The location was perfect, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. , the hotel was situated close to a lovely park that was perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
Limited English communication and small lift. While most staff members were friendly, the lack of English communication was frustrating at times.

Staff was very courteous, helpful and prompt to respond to requests. (E.G. taxis, plug converters, directions, etc.). The breakfast was particularly satisfying and diverse. The locale (nearest to my destination of Zwingenberg 6 kilometers to the north) was very convenient. I'll likely stay there again on my next visit to the Bergstrasse. Zwingenberg - my ancestral home - was a real jewel of a town as were the surroundings.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with choices of delicious bread, fruits, meats, and cheeses. the hotel was located close to a cute village with lots of restaurants. Plus, there was a beautiful castle nearby which we hiked to for an amazing view of the area.
The room didn't have air conditioning, which made it hard to sleep during the hot summer nights. Unfortunately, we also had some unwanted guests in our room - flies and other insects, which was annoying.

Fast check-in and out procedures, helpfull personel, good brasserie and breakfast
The bathroom is to dark and has no mech.ventilation. There is no parking garage and my car had to stand on a parking lot with trees resulting in stains on the whole exterior, although the car was not parked below a tree.

It was easy to find your way in the village and arrive at the hotel. Enough parking space available. Breakfast was good.
I stayed at the 3 floor, very poor quality on stairways and hall.-
